1. There are two methods to access notifications:
   1. From the Home screen, select the Notifications alert bell icon shown below.
      
   2. Select Notifications from the drop-down menu located in the upper left corner of the screen.
      
2. The list will default to display all notifications. To narrow down the list of notifications, select VA FitHeart App Notices or VA Health Messages from the navigation pane.
   
3. Select an item from the list of notifications to view the details.
